GGGI, in collaboration with the COP28 Presidency, is set to host a significant event that will convene Heads of State, Heads of Government, Ministers, and Heads of Institutions from over 30 countries and 12 institutions in Africa and the Middle East. The event will mark the launch of the SAFE Initiative and foster a transformative South-South cooperation to address challenges related to food security that ensures a stable food supply within countries, bolsters livelihood resilience for farmers, and enhances climate adaptation capacities in rural communities.
