Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Youth 4 Sustainability (Y4S) is a Masdar global initiative that empowers the next generation of sustainability leaders. Through its programs and global outreach activities, Y4S is actively investing in and supporting the development of young people around the world, teaching them the skills needed for the sustainability jobs of the future.
Every year, Y4S host the Youth Hub at ADSW which brings more than 3,500 young people from around the world. It includes a 3-day youth form that actively engage young people in a serious of discussions, climate talks, debates dialogues aiming to empower them to act, innovate, and lead a positive impact.
Generation Now Building the Future
The Y4S Forum will focus on youth innovation, STEM skills in sustainability, community engagement and international advocacy. The goal is to empower young people economically and involve them in leading meaningful climate actions. Inspired by the UAE’s Net-Zero 2050 Strategic Initiative and National Youth Agenda 2031, the Y4S Hub at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2025 aims to connect young voices globally with governments, organizations and civil society to drive innovation for a sustainable future.
