The interconnected systems of food, water, and energy are under mounting pressure, but the solutions already exist. Emerging from a roundtable at ADSW 2026, the findings in this report reveal how place-based design, better measurement, smarter policy, and aligned incentives can enable investment and scale solutions we have. From reducing food waste to measuring food systems' strength beyond the calories they produce, this shows how the GCC can move from fragmented efforts to integrated strategies that deliver real impact.
