Join the conversation around sustainability at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2023
Hosted by the UAE’s clean energy powerhouse Masdar, ADSW is the first international sustainability gathering of the year and will drive global discussion and debate around climate action in the run-up to COP28.
It will be supported by a number of events taking place on the platform with the official Opening Ceremony and Zayed Sustainability Awards Ceremony taking place on 16th January. ADSW 2023 also includes the first edition of the Green Hydrogen Summit. The majority of events will be available online via ADSW Live.

The ADSW Summit, hosted by Masdar and part of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, will convene world leaders from government, business and finance to take action, as we work collectively to deliver on a climate roadmap for a net zero future.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are a key part of the global climate action solution, as they make up roughly 90 percent of businesses worldwide, affect the livelihoods of over two billion people, and drive innovation that reaches the biggest business leaders. SMEs take center stage at ADSW 2023 in the Innovation Zone which includes Innovate, The Hydrogen Hub and the Innovation Stage.
Masdar City’s global initiative, Innovate, will host an exhibition at the World Future Energy Summit, showcasing groundbreaking technologies from international startups and small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs).
Now in its fifth edition, the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Finance Forum (ADSFF) will return to ADSW 2023 to convene global institutional investors, Heads of State and Ministers of Finance, regulators and financial institutions to discuss areas of collaboration to increase the flow of capital toward sustainable investment.
